However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

The request for return or exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices.
💡 Note: Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Discounted, clearance, or sale items

3. Return Process
If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item:

In most cases, we will arrange a pickup through our trusted courier partner.

Please ensure the jewellery is securely packed in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to verify:

Inclusion of all accessories, tags, and certificates
After inspection, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your return/exchange is approved or rejected.
5. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited through the original method of payment (or via store credit, if preferred).

Please note that shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, or customization charges are non-refundable.
In case of COD orders, we will initiate refunds via bank transfer (please share your account details securely with our team).
6. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

If the new item costs more, you can pay the difference.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
